Greg,
It has been a problem for a while now and something does needs to be done with the draft if teams are tanking.The trade board has stopped the avenue of building a team on unbalanced trades now the only avenue is by tanking. We have some owners who have the spoiled little kid persona that will take the ball and go home if he isn't winning. Now there are cases where life can take precedent over this league and this may be the case for some of these owners.
